Thank you for signing up for the 6-Week Transformation Challenge!
This challenge is our signature program for RESULTS. If you’re ready to get in great shape while following a simple, but effective nutrition and fitness program, then you signed up for the right challenge!
Please read the information below carefully as it explains the next steps in your journey:
- The challenge begins on Monday, June 12th
- Orientation will be held Wednesday 6/7 at 7pm and Saturday 6/10 10am. Attending orientation is mandatory and highly necessary for your success on this challenge. No need to come in workout clothes! We will be going over the information you’ll need to be successful on the challenge. Please reply to this email with which orientation you plan to attend.
- Below are the links to download the resources for this challenge. Download and save these somewhere you can easily access them. You can even print them to bring with you to orientation!
- Fit Body Nutrition App
- You will receive an email to set up your account in the Fit Body Nutrition App. When you create your account, the app will ask you a series of questions to set up your nutrition goals. When going through the set-up process, it will ask you “how quickly do you want to lose weight?” select a goal NO HIGHER than 1.5lb/week of weight loss. Anything greater than that will put you in too aggressive of a calorie deficit to maintain.
- Each week, the Fit Body Nutrition App will prompt you to check in and upload your measurements/body stats. Make sure your check-in day is set to Thursday’s by going to the menu (icon on top left), general settings, then under “check-in day”, set it to Thursday. Keeping track of your progress is important for both you and your coach!
- Fit Body Booking App
- You will receive another email to set up your account in the Fit Body Booking App. This is where you’ll be able to book your sessions ahead of time. IMPORTANT: For your security, the online system you registered with does not send your payment info to the system we use for weekly payments and checking in. You will not be able to book your sessions until we have your payment info on file. Go HERE to add your payment method. Your weekly payments won’t begin until the challenge starts on June 12th. Once that’s updated, you will be able to book sessions starting June 12th.
For reference, our session schedule is as follows:
- Boot Camp
- AM: 5:30, 6:15, 7:00, 9:00* (MWF only)
- PM: 12:15, 4:30, 5:15, 6:00* (no 6pm on Fridays)
- Saturday: 9:00am (45-minute workout)
- Fit Body Forever (55+ program– contact us directly if you’re planning on attending these sessions)
- MWF: 9:45am and 10:35am
- T/Th: 8:00am
- Boot Camp
